智慧型辦公大樓對於會議室預約管理以及門禁及設備管理具有相當迫切的需求，我們開發出一套客製會議管理系統，使用者可於電腦登錄會議室使用大小及時段需求，經管理單位認可後即預約成功；與會者可於會議室入口處經電子看板顯示當次會議名稱與時段確認為其會議室進入開會；管理單位可設定其門禁及設備開關機時間以確保設備保全及電力節能有效控管。

Space Description: Click on the conditional menu or floor plan graphic space display to query the conference venue introduction and description.
Inquiry method: Check the rental status and reservation status of all conference venues by a specified date, or check the daily, weekly, and monthly reservation status of a single conference room.
Marking: You can set different color lights to represent reserved, approved, and confirmed.
Authorized advanced query: Displays the rental department, renter, department extension, etc. You can discuss time and venue issues with the rental department.
Conference room reservation: Click on the reservation button and enter the code to directly display the unit information and make a reservation in an intuitive calendar display mode.
Meeting invitation notification: You can send email invitations in the system and participants can join the meeting schedule. (The system network is not a VPN environment)
