Conference Video Broadcasting System

Many medium- to large-scale meetings are often unable to accommodate all members of the relevant departments into the conference room due to limited seating. Even if all members can be accommodated, crowded seating often causes inconvenience in entering and exiting. For some members, they usually only need to receive messages from the supervisor and do not need to speak on site, or they need to arrange additional time to understand the content of the meeting due to time constraints. Based on these needs, we propose a conference video broadcasting system that can not only avoid crowding problems but also archive meeting recordings for other members to view.

Audio and video capture input: Input resolution up to 1920x1200, capable of simultaneously capturing two sets of images, one set of stereo audio, and one set of computer signal sources.

Image capture and imaging: Two sets of images can be in PIP and side-by-side formats.

Output signal type: HDMI (DVI) / VGA, output resolution up to 1080p.

Equipped with audio and video storage devices: Supports memory cards and configurable files stored on network multimedia storage.

LAN video broadcasting: 1080p or AVC high-resolution video quality at 60 pages per second.

High-quality single broadcast video traffic range, configure video streaming based on actual network environment requirements.

Broadcast packets (multicast) maintain the same video traffic on the main channel regardless of the number of viewers online, and the bandwidth of the local area network's main channel will not be affected by the number of online viewers.

Live internet video streaming: 720x480 NTSC and other resolution compression modes.

The video is recorded and archived, and the system provides real-time image query and click-to-play functions after the scene ends. It can also query and play historical images as needed, and supports browsers such as IE (6) and above and Safari.
